Hardness conversion of metals (ASTM E 140-97)
Converts a hardness value between Vickers, Brinell, Knoop, Rockwell (A/B/C/D), Rockwell superficial (15N/30N/45N) and Scleroscope scales for non-austenitic steels, per ASTM E 140-97 Table 1.
