These terms apply to the use of the Engineering ABC website and to creating an account. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Engineering ABC is a brand of Tribos, the company of Anton van Beek and publisher of the book Advanced Engineering Design.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account yourself at any time.

3. Use of the calculation tools

The calculators and technical content are offered as a tool and reference. They have been prepared with care, but we make no guarantee of complete accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify important calculations yourself. Engineering ABC is not liable for damage arising from the use of the tools or content.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, calculators, the book and imagery — is protected by copyright and based on the work of Anton van Beek. You may use the content for your own, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Purchases and downloads

Paid downloads are delivered through an external payment provider. Digital products are delivered immediately; with your consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply to immediate digital delivery.
